Platforms: WIN32

The eqexec.ini configuration file has been missing on media with
datecode up to 70904. In order to successfully complete the
installation on the WIN32 platform, the eqexec.ini file provided
here must be copied manually into the WINDOWS directory.

The location of the WINDOWS directory depends on your operating
system:

Windows NT: C:\WINNT
Windows 95: C:\WINDOWS

where C: is your installation drive.

The missing eqexec.ini file is already included in media with a
datecode later than 70904.
