HP Eloquence is a well integrated environment for development and 
execution of commercial applications. It is easy to use and ideally 
suited for small to midsize companies. Designed to operate in a 
distributed network environment it supports fast, flexible application 
development, implementation and maintenance. 
HP Eloquence has a broad installed base on HP-UX systems worldwide with
a large number of ready-to-use commercial applications.
HP Eloquence is available for HP-UX, Windows NT and LINUX platforms.

The product includes:
- State-Of-The-Art Interactive Development Environment on Windows 95
  and Windows NT platforms.
- Standard, character-oriented Development Environment on HP-UX and
  LINUX platforms 
- Powerful Programming Language, a superset of HP Business Basic
- Integrated Database Management System (IMAGE compatible)
- Runtime Environment for Graphical User Interfaces

HP Eloquence is a product of Hewlett-Packard GmbH, Germany.


Licence Information:

The HP Eloquence "Personal Edition" is available at zero cost.
It provides a free license for personal or evaluation usage. 
It is limited to two users and a maximum database size of 50 MB. 

Be sure to read and agree to the "Personal Edition License Agreement"
before you use the software.
