Product Description: 

HP Eloquence is a well integrated environment for development and 
execution of commercial applications. It is easy to use and ideally 
suited for small to midsize companies. Designed to operate in a 
network environment it supports fast, flexible application 
development, implementation and maintenance. 
HP Eloquence has a broad installed base on HP-UX systems worldwide with
a large number of ready-to-use and proven commercial applications for 
almost all virtual markets.
HP Eloquence is available for HP-UX, Windows NT and LINUX platforms.

The product includes:
- State-Of-The-Art Interactive Development Environment on Windows 95
  and Windows NT platforms.
- Standard, character-oriented Development Environment on HP-UX and
  LINUX platforms 
- Powerful Programming Language, a superset of HP Business Basic
- Integrated Database Management System (IMAGE compatible)
- Runtime Environment for Graphical User Interfaces

HP Eloquence is a product of Hewlett-Packard GmbH, Germany.


Licence Information:

In addition to a commercial license (the HP Eloquence product),
HP Eloquence now includes the "Personal Edition" license option
which allows usage for personal or evaluation purpose at zero cost.
It is limited to two users and a maximum database size of 50 MB. 
Be sure to read and agree to the "Personal Edition License Agreement"
before you use the software if you want to make use of this option.
