If you downloaded the HP-UX version of A.06.20 _before_
05/02/1999 we advise you to download the current HP-UX
version again (hpux/B1368B.sd).

A recently found compiler bug caused a problem that 
database threads were left stuck in cancelled state when 
a database session was disconnected.
After some time, no new connections were accepted. If you 
see the message "Out of threads" in your logfile you are 
affected by this problem.
