Change Notes for the JDLG 1.3.1.0 060622 1809 development snapshot

Fixed problems:

- If multiple sessions were active JDLG could enter a state where the
  active window was endlessly toggled among the sessions.

- RadioButton and CheckBox objects in a menu did still not behave correctly.

- JDLG 1.3.1 implements a new focus/rule manager. If you encounter any
  problems with this release we would appreciate if you could send us a
