Change Notes for the JDLG 1.3.1.0 060628 1509 development snapshot

Fixed problems:

- If the DLG DO argument referred to an object within a dialog instead
  of the dialog itself, error 656 was issued instead of setting the
  focus to the specified object.

- HtmlView objects returned zero instead of their default rule values.

- DLG SET PopText.clear and PopText.delln did not reset the PopText.cy
  value.

- JDLG 1.3.1 implements a new focus/rule manager. If you encounter any
