Change Notes for the JDLG 1.3.1.0 061201 1644 development snapshot

Fixed problems:

- DLG DEL immediately followed by DLG LOAD could result in an
  error 656.

- DLG SET EditText.content could reset the current selection.

- The PopText could consume a TAB key press so that TAB had to
  be pressed twice to move the focus to the next object.


Known problems:

- If the Window menu has multiple identical entries they are not
  distinguished. The first entry is always activated regardless which
  entry is clicked. This has always been a bug in JDLG and will be
  solved in a future release.

- JDLG 1.3.1 implements a new focus/rule manager. If you encounter any
