Change Notes for the JDLG 1.3.1.0 061219 1639 development snapshot

Fixed problems:

- DLG NEW allowed to create non-dialog toplevel objects if they
  were derived from a model. This caused a subsequent exception
  during DLG DEL.

- Trying to delete a non-existing ListBox column could result
  in an ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException.

- DLG SET PopText.cy and .activeline did not work as expected
  before the first DLG DO was executed.


Known problems:

- If the Window menu has multiple identical entries they are not
  distinguished. The first entry is always activated regardless which
  entry is clicked. This has always been a bug in JDLG and will be
  solved in a future release.
